The Turner House is available for rent from 8 a.m. – 11 p.m. Event break-down time is available until 12 a.m. An 8-hour rental minimum is required on weekends, and a 3-hour rental minimum is required on weekdays. A minimum of 1 hour break-down and cleaning time is required for all events other than meetings. Regular Hours 8AM-10PM | $325 per hour Late Hours 10PM-12:00AM | $350 per hour Because of the historic nature of the House, there are a limited number of available dates for private use. |
