Make History at the Turner House

Once the family home of the president of the Columbia Conservatory of Music, the Turner House was built in 1912 to host private concerts, lavish lawn parties, and entertain high society in Oak Cliff. More than one hundred years later, this diligently restored turn-of-the-century mansion is the perfect backdrop for your next celebration.

In addition:

  • No event planner is required
  • You may bring your own caterer or self-cater your event
  • You may bring your own alcohol, though a TABC certified bartender is required for service
  • There is an optional dance floor available for rent
  • Our staff will set up provided furniture to suit your needs




LET'S PLAN YOUR EVENT

The Turner House hours are from 8 a.m. – midnight. Rental rates include a four-hour event with one hour for set-up and two hours for clean-up. Rates also include use of six 6-foot rectangle tables, eight 10-foot round tables, and 80 Chivari chairs. Please inquire for our full rates.

Because of the historic nature of the House, there are a limited number of available dates for private use.
