The Turner House is home to a collection of Texas art and acts as gallery space for public viewing of special art exhibitions.  The house is also made available for other performances special events, to raise money for restoration and maintenance.

The facility is ideal for rehearsal dinners, smallish weddings, receptions, parties, board meetings, retreats, workshops, training programs, seminars, musical recitals and even as a movie set or video shooting location.  The house can accommodate up to 125 guests, depending on your proposed layout and plans for use of the space. 

We are located in a fantastic historic neighborhood, Winnetka Heights.  Because of our stellar relationship with our neighbors and the Winnetka Heights Neighborhood Association, we take great pains to ensure that our clients' events are well managed and respectful of our great counterparts.

  • We have an 8 hour minimum, including setup and break-down.
  • $275 per hour; $325 per hour after 10:00 p.m.
  • A signed contract, half of the rental fee associated with the booking and a $1,000.00 security deposit are required to secure a date.
  • Optional upstairs rooms are an additional $50.00 per room, per hour.
